We know that our pricing model suits more for long distance trips. We will be available for short trips too, in case you have an urgent travel need. Our drivers have set their minds that GO25 trips will be long trips. Because of that we are all prepared for long trips (within Singapore) while dealing with our customers.
If your trip is a current booking (BOOK NOW), driver will drive towards the pick up point as soon as he accepts the job. You will be able to see his car approaching on the map in the GO25 app. You will be able to chat with the driver in the app too
For Advance booking (BOOK LATER), both driver and passenger will get a notification approximately 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the trip. Do trigger a chat with the driver on the app, for a double-confirmation of your ride (optional). Passenger will get another notification once the driver starts driving towards the pick up point.
System will notify you once the driver has arrived at the pick up location. Please be at the pick up location few minutes earlier than the requested time. Feel free to chat with the driver as necessary within the app. Driver will be able to initiate the chat as well.
