Driving you to the airport and pick you from the airport when you come to Singapore are GO25 drivers’ favourite jobs. Please use advance booking facility (BOOK LATER) in our GO25 app for this, since you know the flight timings in advance. We can take current bookings to airport too.
Airport transfer is just one example. We love to take you to and from Ferry terminals too. Whatever is described in this article are applicable to both Airports and Ferry Terminals.
You can book our service from overseas before boarding your flight. GO25 driver will be at the Airport/Ferry at your requested time to pick you promptly.
If it is a current booking (BOOK NOW), driver will drive towards the pick up point as soon as he accepts the job. You will be able to see his car approaching on the map in the GO25 app. You will be able to chat with the driver in the app too
For Advance booking (BOOK LATER), both driver and passenger will get a notification approximately 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the trip. Do trigger a chat with the driver on the app, for a double-confirmation of your ride (optional). Passenger will get another notification once the driver starts driving towards the pick up point.
System will notify you once the driver has arrived at the pick up location. Please be at the pick up location few minutes earlier than the requested time. Feel free to chat with the driver as necessary within the app. Driver will be able to initiate the chat as well.
