GO25 Platform has been on Beta trial for past several months. We are glad to inform you that platform performance has been reliable and satisfactory. We are moving ahead to the market in full swing from 1st May 2022. This article will explain what all new things will happen to our platform and how will it affect you. Before proceeding, we would like to thank all our patrons and driver-partners for their support during the Beta trial.

Beta trial will end on 30 Apr 2022. Here are few things you need to take note:

Upgrade your app: On 1st May, you will need to upgrade your mobile app - both Passenger app and Driver app. Your login will still work, with your email ID and OTP we send to your mobile phone. All the document and records you have submitted will still be with us. You don't need to submit them again.

Commission Payment: During Beta trail, we were not collecting the commission from Drivers. We will start charging you and collecting the commission from 1st May 2022 onwards. We still keep our commission rates low at $1 per trip. You can Pay-Now to GO25 bank account. For Instructions on how to pay and QR code, go to "My Wallet" in the driver app. At the bottom of the page, you will see a button "Pay to GO25".

More Outreach: You should be hearing about GO25 in various platforms (social media and mass media) in the coming weeks. We will enhance our efforts to reach out to more Singaporeans and tourists to use our service. As of now, many of them don't know that GO25 exists. We will put more resources to make more people aware of GO25 services. On the same note, post-pandemic conditions are favourably improving. Singapore covid restrictions and also relaxed. All these should result in more GO25 trips on Singapore roads. More trips for our Driver partners too!
