Regular office trips are another category of trips we enjoy most. You can arrange this with some of your colleagues/friends. Since there is no demand based pricing for GO25, you can book this in advance. Driving you to your workplace and pick you from the work place are GO25 drivers’ favourite jobs. Please use advance booking facility (BOOK LATER) in our GO25 app for this, since you know the office timings in advance. We can take current bookings for your office trips too.
If it is a current booking (BOOK NOW), driver will drive towards the pick up point as soon as he accepts the job. You will be able to see his car approaching, on the map in the GO25 app. You will be able to chat with the driver within the app too
For Advance booking (BOOK LATER), both driver and passenger will get a notification approximately 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the trip. Do trigger a chat with the driver on the app, for a double-confirmation of your ride (optional). Passenger will get another notification once the driver starts driving towards the pick up point. You will be able to monitor the Driver’s location on the map in GO25 app
System will notify you once the driver has arrived at the pick up location. Please be at the pick up location few minutes earlier than the requested time. Feel free to chat with the driver as necessary within the app. Driver will be able to initiate the chat as well.
